VM5 Architects
Visual identity for an architecture studio

VM5 Architects is a design studio based in the Italian province of Polesine and embraces a design philosophy that considers the surrounding context and existing forms.
This area, located between the courses of Italy’s two major rivers, the Adige and the Po, is characterized by a strong rural identity.
The architecture that has developed here reflects this heritage, showcasing a series of distinctive stylistic and formal traits.

VM5’s manifesto envisions an architecture that recovers and respects the existing built environment, its typological and morphological characteristics, reusing everything that expresses the identity of people and places to enhance their history and meaning.

The logo is designed with formal elements that draw inspiration from the traditional Polesine house.
For this reason, the shapes that make up the logotype are the same basic forms of traditional architecture, which can be recombined into new compositions and structures.
